If You let me , I can be your Good Friend

We’ve only got two more new episodes of SLTM (The Podcast) left after this one. Now, I know what your saying “But, Brad why can’t we have more? We can’t wait until the new year for your Genius, wit and humor. How can we survive a harsh winter without you and SLTM (the Podcast)?”. Well, to that I say LUMP IT. I know how fickle you podcast listeners are. One day you’re all over me, tearing my clothes off, standing outside my house chanting my name. Then I take a week off and it’s “Oh have you heard Dustin Diamonds ‘Each to his Screech’ podcast? It’s Brilliant, it totally made me forget about that Brad Boobus podcast SOL (the Podcrap)”. I hate the games you play. I Hate you. Please Love me….. Hardly something worth crying over

I’ve set on my balls for so long now, I don’t even notice the numbness in that area. I’ve got an elongated scrotum, and while it may not be much to look at, it keeps my legs warm during the winter. Some day, when I have the money, I might get the tuck and roll, but for now, it’s a point of pride. I’ve lived a long full life, and my sack has been there with me, through the good and the bad. Growing, Shrinking, and growing again. God Bless you ball sack, and your nuts too. Brokaw- Interiors – Music Review

Brokaw- Interiors – Music Review Brokaw – Interiors– Good To Die Records- Brokaw Bandcamp Music Review by Brad Bugos – Host of SLTM (the Podcast) – brad@fatrobotradio.com This review is way late, of course I say that about all the reviews I do because they are late. This release came out in January of this year, but that shouldn’t hinder you in checking out this LP from Brokaw. It should just be another reason to find this LP and give it a listen. You can stream the LP on Brokaws bandcamp site, link above. I like this disc, the scuzzy vibe and the laid back rock that comes out of the speakers while I’m writing this review. I’ve listened to this LP a lot (one of the reasons It takes me forever to write reviews, I listen to every review release at least 20 times all the way through). Let me paint a scenario for you, one in which I imagine myself hearing this band. There is this bar in Mattoon, IL called the Ice House. Now, when I went to college there, it was known as a pretty rough bar, the kind where a fight would break out at the drop of a hat. No place for a scrawny college punk like me. It was a towny bar, if you will. Years later I saw The Gaza Strippers there, it was packed and I was sure someone was going to try and cut someones face for looking at their skanky girlfriend. I can imagine walking into the Ice House, full of rough towns people who don’t play around with some assholes and their college buddies “experiencing” real bar life. Pulling into the parking lot I can hear this band, a bit dirty and sleazy (think Nashville Pussy without so much Motorhead driving them), playing their fucking brains out. This band sounds good outside, the kind of band that fits this bar better than some Lynard Skynard Tribute band does. Maybe the locals don’t get it, it’s possible that one of the bartenders convinced the owner to book this band cause he saw them open for Bison B.C. one time. As I walk into the bar and see a few bad asses by the bar, some dirty old whore with her pruned face and bad make up hitting on the bartender to get a drink, and some disinterested regulars; I see the band doesn’t even seem to notice the bar patrons. They’re playing their...
