Full Fat Robot Radio Interview

Category: News,Podcasts,Spots & Commercials — sltmo3 @ 8:20 am

Here is the full interview we did with Curtis Smith of Maelstrom PR on Episode 63 of Fat Robot Radio. We try to keep the interviews short so that we can get the episodes down to 30 to 35 minutes in length. However, we feel that the interviews are very interesting and informative and that the listeners should hear the whole thing.

So here it is, the full interview:

Final Clip from “lost” Episode

Category: Podcasts,Spots & Commercials — sltmo3 @ 8:38 pm

Here it is, the last clip from the “Lost” Episode 13 of Fat Robot Radio. Why am I posting these? Wasn’t that Episode lost for a reason? Where are my pants? All Good Questions. Stay Tuned for the answers, right after this:

Now, Something you’ve been waiting for…

Category: Podcasts,Spots & Commercials — sltmo3 @ 6:41 am

Another fine clip from Episode 13 of Fat Robot Radio that never aired. Why? It wasn’t any good, and I know what you are thinking. What the hell do you have to compare it with when all the other 29 Episodes of that Podcast sucked too. I don’t have any of those answers. Nor would I care if I did have any answers. So enjoy, this is clip two, which features the one and only Dave Jobless (Benson). Check out his myspace page at FRR on MYspace . Enjoy.

Special Treat for all you FRR Fans

Category: Podcasts,Spots & Commercials — sltmo3 @ 3:00 am

Here is a special treat for all two of you Fat Robot Radio fans out there, a clip from the missing episode NUMBER 13. I’ve been able to obtain these in a trade from Steve Jiff who was in possession of the entire episode. We made a deal, he would get a writing credit on all the Episodes of MORNING SHENANIGANS Cartoon and I would get these clips. Fair deal I think, mostly since the Cartoon will never see the light of day. Sucker. So enjoy this one, I have two more that I am going to post this week. Listening to these almost makes me glad I was gone.

More from the Vaults

Category: Spots & Commercials — sltmo3 @ 5:05 pm

Here’s another one. Yeah, I know, why would you want to hear what I sounded like back in the late 1980′s working on a 1,500 watt FM college radio station? You don’t, but maybe some archivist will. I could still pull this thing out of the nosedive it’s in and become one of the truly important broadcasters of our time. I could, but won’t. No, actually I’m doing it just to hear myself talk. Plus it helps me waste my time so I don’t have to really examine my life and realize what a waste it’s been.

And now this:

Here’s another

Category: Spots & Commercials — sltmo3 @ 6:43 am

I can imagine you’ve just stopped laughing at the last cut Brad posted from his golden throat days of broadcasting at WLKL, but here’s another one.  Is it any wonder why this jackass couldn’t find steady employment in the field of Radio broadcasting? If you listen to these five clips (this would be number 2) then you’ll know that answer. Just be glad WLKL 90 FM had a weak signal and didn’t reach your house cause you would have killed yourself.

Now for your Amusement

Category: Spots & Commercials — sltmo3 @ 4:32 am

Warning: Listening to the following archived recordings of a young Brad Bugos (circa 1989 at WLKL 90 FM) will cause a person to giggle, remark about the stupidity of said broadcaster, and possibly vomit. Please listen to these clips with extreme caution.

(We apologize in advance to The McDonald Brothers for Brad calling them “REED CROSS” . He was young and very dumb. Now he’s old and very dumb)

The Last Commercial

Category: Spots & Commercials — sltmo3 @ 8:08 pm

Here is a the last commercial in what was a lame attempt by myself to attract people to either sponsor the Podcast Fat Robot Radio or to get them swap a web banner in exchange for a commercial on said Podcast. However, it’s a lame idea and no one cares. So I finish out this stupid idea (and I’ve had many, believe me) with a commercial that I coaxed my girlfriend into helping me with. Ladies, gentlemen and Myself (since I’ll be the only one hearing it anyway), I present – THE SEXY Commercial:

Warning – Be careful not to have cheese, butter or other melt-ables near the speakers while playing this MP3 clip.
