This is a song that I wrote the lyrics to, and the wonderful Chicago Band The New Duncan Imperials wrote the music. They had a deal at one time, if you sent them $25 and lyrics they would set music to your lyrics and send you a cassette. I sat down one day, probably back in 1991 or 92 and decided that a song about Greg would be funny, especially if the band could give a New York accent to the chorus “HUCKEY DERE”. They nailed it, Pigtail Dick (not his real name) hit the New York accent perfect.

Give it a listen, I dug up the cassette and copied it to my computer and post it here for your listening pleasure. Oh, and if you see Greg sometime, yell “Hey Dere, Huckey Dere!”
